Degree in Architecture, Politecnico di Milano (2002); training in Asset Management and Real Estate Finance (SDA Bocconi) and a Master’s in Banking & Finance (Università Cattolica).

GEA Group AG, Germany (2021–2025): led an international portfolio of ~1.2M sq m and ~€60M annual OPEX, reporting to the Group COO.

Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group (2011–2020): responsible for the Group’s international portfolio (~0.8M sq m). During this period he lived and worked for two years in Luxembourg, deepening his financial expertise in international taxation, credit collateral, NPLs, UTPs, risk management and board-level impact.
Senior Project Manager
Credito Valtellinese Banking Group (2004–2010): managed real estate development projects for the Bank’s principal clients and oversaw the development of the Group’s Milan headquarters.
He works today through Endor | Strategic Real Estate, supporting companies, investors, entrepreneurs and family offices in new business development, strategic portfolio analysis, real estate transactions and their financial structuring, and cross-border expansion.
He lives and works in Milan, from where he manages his own real estate portfolio — through which he constantly measures himself against the complexity, volatility and opportunities of the market. He is passionate about innovation, change management and finance, and has recently begun taking part in VC initiatives.
