During this period he lived and worked for two years in Luxembourg, deepening his financial expertise in international taxation, credit collateral, NPLs, UTPs, risk management and board-level impact.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Senior Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>Credito Valtellinese Banking Group (2004\u20132010): managed real estate development projects for the Bank&#8217;s principal clients and oversaw the development of the Group&#8217;s Milan headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>He works today through Endor | Strategic Real Estate, supporting companies, investors, entrepreneurs and family offices in new business development, strategic portfolio analysis, real estate transactions and their financial structuring, and cross-border expansion.<\/p>\n<p>He lives and works in Milan, from where he manages his own real estate portfolio \u2014 through which he constantly measures himself against the complexity, volatility and opportunities of the market.
